Originally released in 2014 with a focus on Key mode, Malody has expanded to include multiple gameplay modes such as Catch, Pad, Taiko, Ring, Slide, and Live. These diverse modes cater to different player preferences and skill levels, offering a rich and dynamic gaming experience. Each mode features a comprehensive chart editor, allowing users to create, edit, and share their own music charts. Additionally, players can enjoy online rankings and compete with friends in multiplayer rooms.

With the transition from the original Malody to Malody V, the development team has completely rewritten the game using a new engine. This update addresses hundreds of bugs present in the previous version, enhancing overall stability and performance. Significant improvements have been made to the editor, profile system, collection management, and music player functionalities. Players are encouraged to explore these enhancements and discover new features.
