杰里手表修改：
1.广播把手表的ff1701改成了ff1702，其它没变。
2.0x83功能位变化：下标2是0x06，下标12是0x03。
3.天气用杰里的（中科0x83 下标12是0x02也是用的这个）
4.自定义表盘，按中科的逻辑，只有图片的获取方式按杰里的来。
5.OTA用杰里的。

Fere Fit是针对智能手表、智能手环等智能可穿戴设备产品应用的客户端软件，主要功能包括如下：

3．来电、短信、聊天工具等提醒及内容推送；

6．支持心率血氧血压实时静动态分析监测；
