MindMe Companion

The MindMe App is the newest development in personalized mental wellness based on science. This innovative app is designed to help anyone self-monitor their own mental wellness from anywhere, no matter geographical location, socioeconomic status, race, religion or political affiliation. The MindMe app utilizes a scientifically validated assessment instrument called the Self-Management Self-Test (SMST) developed to help anyone monitor for feelings of sadness, anxiousness, stress, fatigue and exhaustion. The SMST includes the five important aspects of mental wellness: awareness of reality, personal relationships, looking towards the future, making decisions, and taking action. With the help of the digital “MindMe Companion”, the app’s algorithm takes the user’s answers and raises the awareness for the presence of mental health challenges. Using the results, a MindMe member can then begin their path or continue their path towards mental wellness by using provided suggestions or by having the user member choose their own path to mental well-being. The regular use of the MindMe app allows a member to track their progress over time as they make changes to improve their mental wellbeing. Members will also have access to Warmlines (Live Trained Listeners) provided by government funded call centers in the US, at no additional cost. Warmlines give users access to mental health professionals all across the United States allowing for emergency interventions when members need it the most. Basic members have access to these functions along with basic suggestions for mental health improvement at no charge. Basic members then have the option to upgrade to Prime which will furthermore provide user access to exclusive content products, services and specialties offered by national and international providers.
