Aqar Call - عقار كول

عقار كول هو عبارة عن تطبيق يستهدف فئتين من الباحثين عن العقار (المشتري و المستأجر) وذلك عن طريق فرز وإدراج طلباتهم (كرت الطلب) على منصة التطبيق باختيار أحد نوعي كروت الطلبات وهم (طلب الشراء أو طلب التأجير) التي تحتوي على جميع المعلومات اللازمة للوصول الى المنتج المطلوب.

أهدافه:
يهدف عقار كول الى تسهيل الوصول الى الزبون (المشتري أو المستأجر) مع مالك أو مسوق العقار بأدوات بحث سهلة الاستخدام عن طريق البحث في كروت الطلبات (طلب شراء أو طلب تأجير) المتواجدة بمنصة التطبيق.
تحتوي كروت الطلبات على المعلومات التالية:
- نوع الطلب (تأجير او شراء)
- نوع المنتج العقاري
- المنطقه/ المدينه/ الحي
- معلومات عامه عن صاحب الطلب اذا كان طلب تأجير (الجنس/ الجنسيه/ جهة عمل/ عدد افراد الأسرة)
- طرق التواصل
- خانه يكتب بها تفاصيل اخرى يريد ان ينوه عنها صاحب الطلب

Aqar Call is an application that targets two categories of property seekers (the Buyer and the Lessee) by sorting and listing their designated need by (Order Card Method) in the application platform with only two types of orders (Purchase Order or Lease Order)


Objective:
Aqar Call goal is to ease reaching the customer (Buyer or Lessee) with the owner or the real estate agent with easy-to-use search engines by searching the order cards placed in the application platform (Purchase Order or Rental Order).
Order cards contain the following information:
- Order Type (Rent or Purchase)
- Type of real estate product
- Region / City / District
- General information about the applicant if the request for rental (sex / nationality / employer / number of family members)
- Ways of communication
- A small box for the applicant to write more specifications or needs about the property
