This app introduces you to basic Pilates exercises that you can do without any equipment besides a mat, in the comfort of your own home.
The Pilates technique is a series of exercises performed with controlled movements, correct postural alignment and precise breathing patterns. Pilates is intended to improve your mobility and strength and create an awareness of your posture.
You will find these videos a very simple and straightforward way to learn the basics of Pilates.

Different exercises help so you don't get bored or complacent.
There are training videos for all areas of the body: Arms & shoulders, legs, core & abs, booty, lats & obliques, chest & back.
* 7 full-round workouts. *
Once you've learned and practiced some exercises, try the complete workouts. They are made from the exact exercises you just learned!
When you're done, simply replay the video for subsequent rounds!

Margrette began her Pilates training at the age of twelve with Marie Jose Blom-Lawrence in Long Beach. The Pilates technique allowed Margrette to successfully battle an early case of scoliosis.
Margrette earned her Pilates Certificates in both Mat Pilates and is also a graduate of the Long Beach Dance Conditioning Certification Program, Advances in Pilates Technique for Apparatus 2002.
