1. e-Ticketing for General Practice
Quality HealthCare has introduced e-Ticketing to its over 30 clinics. Whether at home or in office, you can easily look up a clinic nearby through our mobile app and get an e-Ticket.

2. e-Booking for Specialty Service (coming soon)
Quality HealthCare offers over 20 kinds of specialty services. You can make an appointment with our specialists anytime on our mobile app and receive immediate confirmation on appointment date and time to align with your hectic schedule.

3. Reminder Notification
Quality HealthCare offers reminder notification function for both the e-Ticketing and e-Booking. You can also check out the waiting time for general practice to allocate more time for rest or important work tasks.

4. Clinic Directory
Quality HealthCare operates over 110 medical centres. The GPS allows you to conveniently look up the clinic nearby. You may also search for a clinic by district or service category.

5. Patient Health Record
Our mobile app helps you understand your own health conditions more easily. Apart from the recent medical records, the app also contains information about the drugs you are allergic to, which comes in handy especially when you are on the road.

6. Video Consultation
The cutting-edge video consultation service allows you to interact with our doctors directly through our mobile app.*

7. Vaccination Service
Our mobile app offers one-stop vaccination services, including vaccination information and recommendations for children, adults, elders and travelers and appointment services.

Our mobile app comes with a stress management programme that allows you to evaluate your stress level. It also offers health tips to safeguard your mental health.

10. e-Card
Our mobile app supports e-Card*. You only need to present the e-Card on your phone and your identity document at QHMS clinics to enjoy our services.
