How does it work:
1. It starts with a purchase: Find an expert you want to work with and then purchase a Tandem or subscription from their profile page.
2. Request and record: When you’re ready to request a Tandem the app will guide you through the best practices to record and send a video to your expert.
3. Wait for your Tandem: This is the easy part. All you have to do is wait for the expert to complete your request for a Tandem.
4. Receive your Tandem: Make sure you have push notification on and we’ll notify you when the expert completes your Tandem request.
