AUTOMATED RENT PAYMENTS
* Split rent with other household members, and change your share of the rent whenever you like.
* Change the bank account you are using for paying rent, without having to inform your property manager.

DOCUMENTS & ANNOUNCEMENTS
* Receive documents regarding your apartment or building.
* Receive announcements with an expiration date.

LAUNDRY FACILITY RESERVATIONS
* Reserve time slots for common laundry facilities.
* View the list of upcoming reservations.

WORK ORDERS
