TeMo Care is a virtual clinic that provides rapid access to Board-certified Neurosurgeons who prescribe personalized treatment for neck or back pain. Our mission is to get patients better using nonsurgical treatment when possible. The TeMo Care program is designed to help you understand the cause of your neck or back pain, prescribe treatment to get you feeling better faster, and provide support along the journey with help of our care coaches.

With Temo Care, you can:

- Schedule video visits with Board-certified Neurosurgeons specialized in spine care
- Get an accurate diagnosis of your neck or back pain by expert Neurosurgeons
- Get a referral for imaging and physical therapy locally if needed
- Get prescription medications if needed (opioid medications will not be prescribed)
- Use our featured symptom tracker to discover your pain trigger, view trends, and find relief
- Add family/friends to the video consultation if needed
- Have access to a care coach that will help you along your journey to a pain-free life
- Get a second opinion within 48 hours
