With ATS, there are three methods of obtaining a training plan. You can add training plans from the app library, your trainer can create and assign plans to you, and you can create your own custom plans.

Goals and Analytics
Most athletes are good at setting goals. Less are good about tracking their progress. By entering your goals, you can add goal checkpoints to your training plans. As you train, these checkpoints will be logged and you’ll have a detailed view of your progress.
