People applying for jobs are increasingly required to provide recorded initial interviews in which they are asked to answer basic questions about their experience, skills, goals, etc. The Gray Peak Video Interview app facilitates this process by providing a platform for job providers to formulate relevant interview questions, which are then presented to applicants in a simple and intuitive way.

After installing the app, job applicants are presented with a series of text questions. The app records a video of their response and submits this video to a server application, where providers can view and rate the responses.
