Welcome to Tasaly app, where the user can enrich his\her information in all fields by reading and answering questions.
When the user answer she /he gets the right and the wrong answer. That means he will know the right answer even if she/he does not know before.

The official rules for the app contests:
NO PURCHASE IN THE APP.
ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to all users at the same time with the same conditions. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
HOW TO ENTER: The user can Download the app and follow the directions provided to share in the monthly contest online. The user has to register to share. Before starting any contest. all users will get a notification by the start time of the contest.
The winner of the contest is the user who achieve the highest numbers of right answers at the minimum period of time. The app choose the winner automatically without any human interfering. The user is announced to all app users at the same time, as all of them will see the winner information in the winner screen which display the numbers of the winner right answers and the time.
RANDOM DRAWING: Three (3) potential Grand Prizes winner will be selected in a random drawing held monthly from among all users who achieved a specific no. of points. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of points the users achieved throughout the Period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners of all sweepstakes will be contacted at the "entry" email address used to register in the app, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner unless they specify another person within the reply email as the winner.
TASAly will mail the contest prize to the address supplied by the recipient of the winner announcement email. Claiming of prizes requires an email response to Tasaly from the winning sender email address within 30 days of being notified of winning at the email address used to enter.
Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. Tasaly is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s).

SUBMISSION OF PHOTO, TEXT OR OTHER CONTENT FOR SWEEPSTAKES: Entries selected for display and to win "best of" contests and any other contests requiring photo, text or other content from the entrants will be judged entirely at the discretion of Tasaly.
By submitting any photo or information to Tasaly, you hereby grant to Tasaly and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees and assigns, an irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish and otherwise make use of the submitted photo or other information in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created, throughout the world and for any purpose.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the The Egyptian judicial system.
CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Egyptian judicial system.
