Important Information

Before installing the application on your cell phone, ensure that it has been purchased by your condominium administration. Without this prerequisite, installation and usage of the system will not be possible!

• Financial Management: View open charges for your unit and obtain a second copy of invoices with automatic recalculation of fines and interest.
• Reservations & Services: Make reservations and check the availability of common spaces and services.
• News & Updates: Stay updated with the latest news from your condominium.
• Document Access: Easily access important documents such as meeting minutes, conventions, and accountability documents.
• Communication Tools: Communicate directly with the property manager and administrators through self-service options.
• Community Building: Create a relationship network through classifieds, lost and found sections, and carpooling groups for convenient shared rides.

Activation Process

Once downloaded, you can activate your access account in one of two ways:

1. Email Invitation: Receive an invitation email from your condominium administration and follow the instructions provided.
2. Self-Registration: Simply click on the “Register” option within the app and enter the identifier number found on your bill.
