FPV Freerider demo is an RC flight simulator designed to provide a realistic experience of piloting a racing quadcopter. Unlike traditional games, this simulator aims to replicate the challenges and nuances of real-life RC flight. As such, users may find the controls to be demanding at first, but this is intentional to ensure an authentic simulation.

Key Features:

• Physical Controller Support: It is highly recommended to use a physical controller for optimal performance. Touchscreen controls are available but may not offer the same level of control and enjoyment.

• Weather-Independent Flying: Practice flying in any weather condition without the risks associated with outdoor flying. Whether it's raining, windy, or snowing, you can fly and crash to your heart's content.

• View Modes: Choose between first-person view (FPV) and line-of-sight (LOS) flying modes to experience the thrill of RC flying from different perspectives.

• Flight Modes: The simulator includes self-leveling and acro mode, allowing users to fine-tune their flying experience.

System Requirements:

• Due to the high-performance demands of the simulator, it is crucial to adjust settings for the best experience. Lowering the resolution and graphics quality on the main menu is advised. Additionally, activating "Performance Mode" on your device can significantly improve performance.

Demo vs Full Version:

The demo version is intended to help you test whether the simulator works on your setup. It features one scene (the desert) and intentionally has slower settings to make it easier to test. The full version offers six unique sceneries and a racetrack generator capable of creating millions of tracks through procedural generation. Additional features include setup options for rates, camera, and physics, as well as 3D flight mode for inverted flying. The full version also supports Google Cardboard-style VR goggles.

Controller Compatibility:

The simulator supports various physical controllers including popular brands like FrSKY Taranis, Spektrum, Devo, DJI FPV, and others. These controllers are configurable between mode 1, 2, 3, and 4. However, there is no guarantee that every device or controller will work perfectly. We recommend trying the free demo version first to verify compatibility.
