3. Initial Transmission: The first move starts at zero, allowing the player to move only one cell. Subsequent moves can advance by either one or two cells.
4. Transmission Levels: Higher transmission levels allow for more varied movement, ranging from one to three cells.
5. Transmission Limits: The maximum transmission level is five, which grants the greatest flexibility in movement.
6. Strategy: The higher the transmission level, the more cells you can move, but strategic planning remains key to winning the race.
