HCI Customer

The HCI Customer App is designed to facilitate health screenings for businesses, ensuring a safer environment for both employees and customers. This app works seamlessly alongside the HCI Business App, serving as a comprehensive Human Resource tool to maintain a healthier workplace.

Registration Process

To register, users need to provide a valid email address and create a password. The registration includes an OTP verification step to ensure security. During the registration, users will encounter two pop-ups:

• Information: Provides details about the sources used to build the app.
• Terms of Use: Outlines the terms under which the app operates.

Optional demographic information can be provided, except for Social Security details. Users must also consent to HIPAA regulations, allowing the app to share basic health screening information with the business they check into.

Screening Process

The HCI Customer App guides users through a questionnaire and vital sign inputs, such as temperature and blood pressure. These inputs are timestamped for accuracy. Upon checking in, users scan a QR code, and their information is analyzed based on criteria set by the business via their HCI Business App. The results appear on the user's home screen as a PASS or NO PASS, accompanied by notifications from the business regarding next steps.

Additional Features

From the home screen, users can view:

• Questionnaire Updates: An expiration date and time for when questionnaires need updating.
• Added People: Users can add individuals, such as minors or those unable to operate a mobile device, and designate their roles. These added people require basic demographic information, primarily name and date of birth.

Menu Options

Users can access various features through the menu:

• Add Person to Account: Similar to adding people during registration.
• Find Nearest Test Center: Opens a map showing test centers within a 20-kilometer radius, providing directions to the selected center.
• Find Nearest Vaccination Center: Similar to the test center feature but focuses on vaccination centers. No information from these centers is currently uploaded to the app.
• Notifications: Displays all incoming messages from businesses, employers, and HCI administration.
• Profile: Accesses personal demographics, questionnaire responses, and vital signs sections.

This app ensures a streamlined and secure process for health screenings, enhancing safety protocols for businesses and their community.
