The Remote HMI application facilitates seamless remote viewing and control of C-more HMI (Human Machine Interface) panels, enhancing operational efficiency and accessibility.

To ensure optimal performance, it is essential to follow specific configuration guidelines for the EA9 Series panels. First, update the C-more EA9 Panel firmware to version 6.31 or later. Next, adjust the project display resolution to match the native resolution of the C-more panel through the programming software's Panel Manager settings. • Real-Time Monitoring and Control: Users can interact with the C-more panel as if they were physically present, providing a seamless experience.
• Screen Capture Functionality: Users have the option to save JPEG screen captures for review, email, or printing purposes.
• Screen Zoom Feature: Users can zoom into specific screen elements and capture detailed images for further analysis.
• Multilevel Logon Security: The app supports three distinct Remote Access user accounts, each capable of managing up to five simultaneous remote users. This ensures robust security and controlled access.
• Access Control Levels: Each account can be customized to provide either full control, view-only access, or limited view and screen change capabilities, ensuring tailored security measures.
• User Access Control: Internal tags can be defined to customize remote access for each account, enabling features like alarm activation, event logging, and notifications. While the C-more panel can be configured with password protection, deploying it on an enterprise network or the internet poses significant security risks. It is strongly advised to use a secure and encrypted Virtual Private Network (VPN) to mitigate these risks.
