In Gold and Glory, traditional combat is not your ally. Instead, you rely on your trusty backpack as a storage container for your finds. You've left all your weapons and tools outside, keeping only a torch to light your path. While the darkness may seem daunting, remember that most creatures cannot survive in these conditions. However, watch out for ground-dwelling creatures that might steal your hard-earned gold. Additionally, flying creatures could extinguish your torch, but don’t worry—you can always relight it with a source of fire.

Win or Lose: The Choices Are Yours!

There are multiple ways to lose the game: either perish in the dungeon or misplace the artifact after finding it. The sole path to victory lies in returning to the exit with the artifact in hand. Along the way, collect gold and other treasures to boost your score, which will place you on the leaderboard. After all, the game is named "Gold and Glory" for a reason!
