Application Overview

Capichi Delivery is a food delivery application designed to bring global cuisine right to your customers' doorsteps within Vietnam. Currently, our service caters to expatriates and Vietnamese customers with upper-middle incomes residing and working in four major cities: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Binh Duong. We are proud to have achieved significant milestones with over 100,000 users and more than 1,000 participating restaurants.

Our store management software is tailored to help partners efficiently manage store and order details while facilitating direct interaction with customers. One of the key features is the real-time notification system that alerts restaurants every time a new order comes in, ensuring they can promptly confirm orders and avoid missing any deliveries.

Seamless Integration and Management

Customer Orders: Customers can place orders through the Capichi Delivery app or our website.
Order Confirmation: Notifications appear on the order management app, enabling stores to swiftly acknowledge the order.
Order Status Updates: The store can update the order status from "New" to "Confirmed," "Shipping," and "Completed," providing customers with real-time tracking.
Contacting Shippers: With just one click on the "Call Shipper" button, stores can easily connect with drivers, streamlining the delivery process.
