Payroll Management

With Clockster, you can set hourly, daily, or monthly salaries for individual or multiple employees. You can assign salaries based on position, department, and location. The adjustment tool allows for flexible tax settings, as well as additions and deductions, including overtime and holiday pay. Clockster automatically generates payslips based on attendance and periods, and once approved, these payslips are sent directly to employees through the mobile app.

Attendance Tracking

Employees can clock in and out multiple times a day with geotagged locations. Optional geofencing can be enabled to prevent clock-ins from unauthorized locations. Employees can attach photos or leave comments for managers, providing context for each record. Clockster compares attendance records against the scheduled shifts to ensure accurate working hours and punctuality. Reminders are sent 5 minutes before clock-in and clock-out times to minimize missed records. For any missing attendance entries, the system offers an option to request automatic addition.

Shift Scheduling

Create work or leave schedules for single days or extended periods, assigning them to individuals or groups. Clockster offers pre-built schedules that can be automatically assigned to new employees, saving significant time. Employees can view and manage their schedules through the mobile app, ensuring they know their start times. Managers can approve schedule changes submitted by employees, which are then integrated into the existing schedule.

Task Management

Clockster’s task manager allows teams to collaborate on common tasks by assigning specific subtasks. Each subtask includes a checklist, time and location tracking, file attachments, and a discussion thread. Real-time photo attachments can be made mandatory upon task completion, enhancing accountability and transparency.

Leave Management

Clockster consolidates leave management functionalities, including sick leaves, maternity leaves, vacation requests, and more. Managers can set leave balance rules and calculate remaining leave days automatically. The platform digitizes and controls financial aspects like advance payments, bonuses, and expense claims, making it easier to manage daily operations.

Internal Communications

Managers can share news and updates with team members, filtering by person, department, or location. Clockster integrates an advanced chat tool within every feature, ensuring seamless communication. Each request, task, and post has its own discussion section, providing easy access to chat logs and archives.
