Designed exclusively for stores that have subscribed to our MATE ORDER products, this app ensures that you can efficiently manage your orders and operations.

When a new order arrives, you'll receive instant notifications via both sound alerts and push notifications, ensuring that you never miss a customer's request. Additionally, the app provides essential operational features such as opening, closing, and pausing functionalities, allowing you to control your business hours seamlessly.

The order processing feature enables you to swiftly review orders based on their timestamp, making it easier to manage your workflow. From receiving an order to its completion, you can expedite the entire process using the app’s intuitive interface. The app also includes an easy menu management system where you can adjust prices, update or change menu images, and set expected cooking times for each item. Furthermore, you can effortlessly modify or remove items that are out of stock, ensuring that your menu remains accurate and up-to-date.

In terms of employee management, the app allows you to register and manage both regular and temporary staff members. With access to all order-related POS functions, including order acceptance, rejection, cancellation, call, and completion, you can streamline your team’s workflow.
