Every player starts with access to a Frontier—a foundational element of the game that serves as the primary location for resource accumulation. Within this Frontier, you'll deploy your ProtoVOX, an initial version of your character designed to gather essential resources. These resources are crucial for upgrading your VOX, enhancing their abilities, and unlocking new features within the game. For players fortunate enough to own NFT VOX land, these assets seamlessly integrate into the Project Cerberus universe. Such lands automatically become active Frontiers under your account, offering additional opportunities for resource collection. Initially, the game limits the number of active Frontiers to five per player for Version 0 (V0). However, this cap will expand as the game evolves, providing greater flexibility and strategic depth.

Beyond the basics of resource gathering, Project Cerberus introduces a sophisticated layer of continuity by honoring the achievements of your VOX from previous iterations. VOX that have been leveled up or accumulated resources in the earlier game, VOX Odyssey, retain their progress when transitioning into Project Cerberus. Furthermore, all resources amassed during VOX Odyssey seamlessly transfer into your inventory, ensuring no effort goes to waste. This seamless integration not only preserves the hard-earned accomplishments of your VOX but also lays the groundwork for further advancements.
