Description of the Lively App

Lively is designed to offer comprehensive assistance in both minor and major emergencies, providing reliable support whenever and wherever you need it. Available on your Android smartphone, the Lively app grants you instant access to the Lively® Urgent Response Team. Should an emergency arise, simply tap the Urgent Response button, and you'll be immediately connected to a certified Urgent Response Agent. These agents are highly trained to handle a wide range of situations, including those where you might feel unsafe, uncertain about whom to call, or require immediate medical attention. We will work closely with you, contact your family or friends if you wish, and remain on the line until help arrives.

In addition to urgent response services, the Lively app offers the Nurse On-Call feature, allowing you to consult with a nurse or board-certified doctor anytime, day or night (a Premium Health and Safety subscription is required; however, no additional costs, copays, or insurance are needed).

To use the Lively app, you must have an active Lively Health & Safety Service subscription. If you're already a member, simply download the app and log in using your cell phone number. Key Features of the Lively App

• Lively Urgent Response: Tap the Urgent Response button to connect with a certified agent who will assist you in various emergency scenarios, such as being locked out, needing roadside assistance, getting lost in an unfamiliar area, or experiencing chest pain.
• Lively Nurse On-Call: Consult with a registered nurse or board-certified doctor anytime, day or night, for medical advice, prescriptions, or medication refills without the need for insurance or copays.
• Lively Link® App: A complementary app that loved ones can download to stay updated on your health and safety status, including alerts when you call Urgent Response, low battery notifications, and details about your daily activities and location.

For customers subscribed to Preferred and Premium Lively Services plans, the app utilizes the PROCESS_OUTGOING_CALLS permission to notify our agents and caregivers when a user calls 911 or the Urgent Response service, ensuring that the user’s care network is promptly informed during critical events.
