Among its founding members were Manuel Alucho, Manuel Malatay, Clemente Jiménez, and brothers Franklin and Edwin Aldaz. Despite their initial enthusiasm, the group faced significant challenges due to limited resources and lack of investment, as the local community lacked a robust advertising culture. This setback led to the disbandment of the original group, with Edwin Aldaz taking the initiative to revive the project on his own in 1999. With the moral support and encouragement of Mr. Ángel Bustos and the professional assistance of Attorney Freddy Montero, Edwin managed to complete all the necessary documentation, which was eventually approved.
