NAH.SHUTTLE operates across multiple regions in Schleswig-Holstein, including the Schlei area (SMILE24), the Rendsburg region (formerly remo), and the Bredstedt region (Lüttbus).

Integrated Ticketing System

NAH.SHUTTLE integrates seamlessly with the SH-tariff system. Valid tickets include day passes, monthly tickets, the Germany ticket, and more. Present your ticket to the driver, or purchase one directly through the app or at www.nah.sh before starting your journey. Note that tickets from the SH-tariff system are valid for the route purchased and can be used on public buses as well.

How It Works

1. Enter Your Departure Location and Destination:
   Enter your starting point and destination in the app. We’ll show you which vehicle can pick you up, when, and from which stop. Virtual stops are also available, and all stops are clearly marked in the app.

2. Book and Pay for Your Ride:
   Once a suitable shuttle is found, you can book your ride directly within the app. Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or previously purchased credit. Track the real-time location of your vehicle en route to you.

3. Travel with Others:
   During your journey, you might share the ride with other passengers heading in the same direction or toward a similar destination. This carpooling approach helps us consolidate multiple ride requests, reducing the strain on our vehicles and traffic congestion, ultimately benefiting the environment.

4. Rate Your Ride:
   After arriving at your destination, provide feedback and rate your experience. Your input helps us improve our services.

5. Pricing:
