Svara is an engaging online card game that brings the excitement of traditional card games to your fingertips. Known by various names such as Сека, Сикка, Сичка, Стрекоза, Тринка, Трынка, Дрынка, Три Листа, and Два Листа, this game offers a unique blend of strategy and chance.

Game Details

• Player Count: The game can accommodate between 2 to 10 players.
• Deck Usage: For up to 4 players, a deck of 20 cards is used (from Tens to Aces). For 5 to 10 players, a deck of 36 cards is used (from Sixes to Aces).
• Joker Card: A Joker is included in the deck and is typically assigned to represent a specific card, usually a Six, of any suit.

Scoring

• Card Values:
  • Joker and Ace: 11 points
  • King to Ten: 10 points each
  • Lower cards are valued according to their face value.
• Winning Condition: The player with the highest score at the end of the game wins.

Gameplay Mechanics

• Dealer Selection: The dealer is chosen through a draw. Each player contributes a pre-agreed amount to the pot.
• Initial Deal: The dealer deals three cards to each player, after which they decide whether to discard or play.
• Scoring: Points are awarded for matching suits (hlyust) or for having three identical cards (trikon/trynka).
• Bidding: Bidding begins with the player to the right of the dealer. Players can either pass, match, or raise the bid.
• Showdown: If bidding concludes, the first player decides whether to continue or reveal their cards. The player with the highest score wins the pot.
• Draws and Replays: In case of a tie, a new round ("svara") starts with an increased stake.

Additional Features

• Bluffing: Players can bluff by raising their bets despite having fewer points.
• Dark Bets: The player immediately following the dealer can place a "dark bet," where they do not view their cards. Subsequent players must then match or exceed this bet by double the amount.
