[Balance refund method]
1. Korea Travel Card APP
- Enter the "Card" > "Refund" page.

2. Select refund method and enter information
- Select the refund method (Visit, Alipay Refund) and enter the refund information

3. Refund application completed.
- Review the refund policy and click Apply for a refund.
* Alipay refunds will be completed within 7-14 business days
