Our Approach

Our HIIT, Strength Training, and Pilates-inspired workouts leverage the Lagree Fitness Method, Megaformer, and VersaClimber to seamlessly integrate strength, endurance, balance, core, mobility, and cardiorespiratory training into each session. The workouts are challenging for the muscles yet gentle on the joints, spine, and connective tissues.

We welcome clients of all ages and fitness levels. Prenatal and postnatal modifications are available in every class, ensuring everyone can participate safely and effectively.

Important Information for New Clients

New clients must arrive 15 minutes before their first class. Grip socks are mandatory for all classes. You can bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio for $17.00 plus tax ($18.40).
