d2h ForT: Simplified Trade Application for Dealers, Distributors & FOS

The d2h ForT application is designed to streamline the operations for dealers, distributors, and Field Operations Support (FOS) personnel. This application simplifies the login process by allowing users to log in using their registered mobile number, followed by entering an OTP for authentication. The home page is de-cluttered to focus on two primary work streams: managing existing customers and adding new ones.

Key Features:

• Existing Customer Management: All previous work streams related to an existing customer are consolidated into one category. Dealers only need to enter customer credentials once, reducing repetitive data entry.

• Account Details: Users can access subscription and pack details, along with a comprehensive overview of subscribed channels, add-ons, and combo packages per smart card. The application also provides visibility into the last five transactions, enhancing transparency and ease of use.

• Recharge Journey: Dealers can conveniently recharge accounts with auto-filled monthly recharge values or long-term offers based on customer eligibility. The application clearly outlines the benefits earned through these recharges, ensuring that dealers have a clear understanding of their financial outcomes.

• Modify Pack: The pack change journey is simplified, offering options to choose broadcaster bouquets, add-ons, and à la carte services across genres and broadcasters. The application also includes visibility into locked-in options and the unavailability of deletions under lock-in periods.

• Remove Channel: A quick four-click process allows dealers to remove any add-on, à la carte service, or value-added service (VAS) from smart cards efficiently.

• Service Request (SR): Dealers can now instantly raise service requests directly from the app, streamlining communication and improving response times.

• Heavy Refresh: The application includes a single-button heavy refresh feature, eliminating the need to scroll through long lists of options, making navigation faster and more intuitive.

• Menu Drawer: The new menu drawer introduces several features, including a scorecard, channel list, supervisor details, recharge reversal, and training videos. These features help dealers stay informed about their performance and keep them updated on new functionalities.

• My Account: Dealers can access detailed views of their commission history and transaction history with just one click, providing easy access to important financial information.

• Scorecard: Dealers can track their month-over-month performance metrics, such as gross adds target, quality of acquisition, voucher stock, and FTR due, helping them monitor progress and set goals.

• Channel List: The latest channel leaflet in the market is available as a PDF, ensuring that dealers have up-to-date information on available channels.

• Supervisor Details: Contact information for mapped distributors, ASEs, CSMS, CBHs, and dealer helplines is readily accessible, facilitating prompt communication and support.

• Recharge Reversal: Dealers can reverse all recharges made on a specific day until 11 PM that same day by selecting the recharge from the list, initiating a reversal, entering the correct customer ID/RTN, and submitting the request.

• Training Video: Videos showcasing new features on the app and necessary dealer communications/features are uploaded here, ensuring that dealers stay updated with the latest developments.
