This application empowers remote workers to securely send documents, photographs, and other electronic files to various business applications. It virtually eliminates the need for paper-based forms by allowing users to complete business forms directly on their devices.

For office workers, Kofax Business Connect offers a secure and convenient way to print sensitive documents "on-demand" to a network printer. Authentication at the multi-functional device (MFD) can be done using NFC or Bluetooth Low Energy, eliminating the need for PINs or card swipes.

With Kofax Business Connect, you can securely deliver information back into your company's business processes, whether it originates as a picture taken on your device, an email attachment, a file downloaded from a cloud-hosted service, or from any other application on your mobile device. The app supports capturing PDFs, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents. Images can be cleaned up directly on your device (deskew, despeckle) and marked up to highlight relevant information.

Mobile eForms

Forget about the hassle of finding, printing, carrying, and returning paper forms. Kofax Business Connect enables you to extend back-office business applications directly to your mobile device. Whether it's new patient admission, claims processing, or any other forms-based application, these can be securely delivered to your remote workforce. Data validation can be easily performed with document management or other line-of-business applications directly within the form itself, ensuring faster and more accurate processes, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.

Secure File Access

Mobile workers can access the company network from anywhere. Kofax Business Connect’s 'My Files' feature connects workers to their networked home directory, providing secure access to their files and shared network folders. Leveraging Kofax AutoStore, mobile workers can securely exchange information with the enterprise's content management systems.

Secure Mobile Print

Initiate print jobs from anywhere. Your information remains secure in the print queue until you release it at a networked printer or MFD.
