The Paperless Event Checking In application is designed to streamline the process of checking guests in at various types of events. This versatile tool enables you to efficiently manage guest arrivals by utilizing modern technology.

Features

This application supports multiple methods for checking in guests:

• Camera Scanning: Use the device camera to scan barcodes or QR codes.
• External Scanner: Connect an external Bluetooth scanner to facilitate quick and accurate scanning.
• Manual Input: Type in the necessary codes manually.
• Guest List: Tap and hold on the guest list for easy management.

Data Management

You can easily import guest lists via a CSV file. The CSV file should contain the following essential fields:

• Event ID
• Event Name
• Event Date (MM-DD-YYYY)
• Code (to be scanned with Barcode, QR Code, or typed in)

Additionally, there are 12 more customizable fields available, including five generic fields, allowing for extensive customization based on your specific event needs.

Remote Access

Apart from local guest checking, the application also supports remote access. You can use the app to check in users online or remotely. This feature is particularly useful for managing large-scale events where multiple scanners may be operating simultaneously.

Export Options

After completing the guest check-in process, you can export the data as a CSV or JSON file. This makes it convenient to manage and analyze the information later.

Offline and Online Validation

The app can validate data completely offline, which is beneficial for events without internet connectivity. Alternatively, you can choose to validate data online by setting up a server on your local machine or using your own website. Simply configure the app settings with the appropriate IP address or website URL, and the app will attempt to connect to the server, providing the code and the date when scanned.

The date format used is MM-DD-YYYY.
