This sanctuary for parents and caregivers provides well-designed, engaging, and user-friendly materials to help manage life's most daunting challenges.

Over the course of 14 days, you and your child embark on a transformative journey to discover calm amidst chaos, cultivate kindness towards yourselves and others, engage in meaningful conversations, and find light even in the darkest moments. Nadiya equips both of you with essential skills to navigate these challenging periods effectively.

The adventure unfolds in a magical woodland realm, where you join forces with the forest guardian to defeat the Troublesome Spirit. You'll assist Nadiya, a once-frightened girl now turned into a tree, in her healing process, while restoring the forest to its former safety.

Daily check-ins and therapeutic games, crafted by experts in child psychology and trauma, help you and your child build inner strength, fostering qualities like compassion, courage, and calm. Completing these activities allows you to create a special healing potion, transforming a forest clearing into a magical garden that you both nurture together. This process strengthens familial bonds, enhances self-kindness, boosts confidence in handling tough situations, and rekindles hope.

Nadiya was developed by Apart of Me, an esteemed charity focused on supporting children through loss and trauma by blending world-class clinical expertise with innovative design. Our mission is to create products that aid children and families facing life's toughest challenges. The app's development involved collaboration with Compass Pathways, Voices of Children, and the International Association of Psychologists for Grief and Severe Loss.
