• Customizable Widgets: Add a widget with your desired satellite image to your home screen. This widget displays satellite images and radar images from the SMN, providing real-time updates on weather conditions.

It's crucial to note that Meteorología Argentina is not a government entity and is not officially endorsed. All information on the images is sourced from the official website of the National Meteorological Service (https://www.smn.gob.ar/).

Alerts and Notifications

Receive alert notifications as long as you grant location permissions and keep your phone location enabled. When new alerts are issued, the app updates and checks if there are any new alerts in your area. If you prefer not to use location data in the background, you can disable alert notifications and short-term notices from the settings menu. For more information, refer to the explanatory video.

Widget Updates

The widget image updates every 3 hours, or instantly when you touch it, depending on the availability of the image. To add the widget, go to one of your desktop screens, press and hold your screen, or press the menu button to bring up the option to add a Widget. Search for "Argentine Weather" and select the type of image you want to view.

Getting Started

Once installed, follow these steps to add the widget:

1. Press and hold your screen or press the menu button.
2. Select the option to add a Widget.
3. Search for "Argentine Weather."
4. Choose the type of image you want to view and add it to your screen.
