The Life Flight Communications Center promptly receives these details and verifies the weather conditions and aircraft availability before launching the helicopter. Simultaneously, the app maintains constant communication with the requestor, providing real-time updates via phone calls.

Once the request is approved, users can monitor the helicopter's progress in real time using the app’s tracking feature.
