Infinite Watch Application Guide

Before diving into the Infinite Watch app, here’s what you need to know:

Essential Features for Parents

• Contact Management: Set up contacts that your child can call and send SMS messages to. These contacts are under your control.
• Communication: Apart from the above, communication features such as video calls, emergency calls, and voice messages are available exclusively between the administrator and the child.
• Location Tracking: Track the GPS location of your child, which works very well outdoors but has limitations indoors due to technological constraints. Please review the detailed notes for more information.

Advanced Parental Controls

• Parental Oversight: Manage SMS communications, block unknown numbers, set limitations for school hours, and configure alarm clocks.
• App Management: Control the apps that can be downloaded onto the child's watch, ensuring they are appropriate and safe.

Primary Admin Responsibilities

• The first user to log in becomes the primary administrator. This user holds all the powers of a secondary administrator, except the ability to accept, refuse, or delete secondary administrators.
• Transparency and interaction between all administrators and the child are prioritized, acknowledging that each family’s needs may vary.

Performance Considerations

• The app's effectiveness depends on factors like good network coverage and the geographical area where the watch is used.
• For optimal performance, consider using Wi-Fi at home whenever possible.

Technical Requirements

• A minimum data plan of 50 MB is recommended if video calling is not in use; otherwise, a minimum of 1 GB is advised.
