The Vandersoft Half Marathon app is designed to help you achieve your goal of completing a half marathon by improving your stamina, endurance, and overall health. With this app, you can embark on a structured training program that will gradually build up your physical strength over a period of 20 weeks.
Training Program
You'll start with 1-minute jogging intervals interspersed with 1.5-minute walking breaks. As you progress, the app will progressively challenge you, making each workout slightly more demanding as your body adapts. This interval training method ensures that you build strength and endurance effectively.
On-the-Go Guidance
Carry your device with you during your runs to receive real-time guidance. The app will prompt you via your headphones or speakers to switch between running and walking. This hands-free experience allows you to focus on your run without constantly checking your phone.
Real-Time Stats
During your run, you can glance at your device to view:
- The total duration of your run.
- The remaining time for your current run.
- The remaining time for the current interval.
If you need to pause for any reason, such as tying your shoelaces, simply pause the run. Alternatively, use the Back/Next buttons to navigate through different intervals seamlessly.
