The VIR App is an essential tool designed specifically for the sales team of Vee Tee Auto Mfg. Co. Pvt. Ltd. (VIR Group). This application streamlines the daily work of the sales team by leveraging location services to track their activities effectively.

Features and Functionality

Once logged in (no registration required; obtain login credentials from the company), the app automatically begins tracking the sales team's movements via GPS. The sales team is assigned a predefined customer visit plan by their head, which they must follow to secure orders, gather feedback, and submit comprehensive reports at the end of each day. The head of the sales team can monitor the team's progress in real-time through geo-maps, gaining insights into their locations and real-time performance.

Key Features:

• Customer: Browse customer lists categorized by customer type and area.
• Add Customer: Add new retailers or mechanics not already listed in the app.
• Location: Capture the location of retailers or mechanic shops.
• Visit: Record orders, document visit discussions, modify order carts, and review customer history.
• Order: Browse items grouped by category and filter them by item code.
• Order Cart: Modify the shopping cart and add remarks before placing an order.
• Issue: Document issues related to company services or products.
• History: Review previous orders and visit details for retailers or mechanics.
• Price List: Share price lists in both text and PDF formats.
• Attendance: Display detailed working hours for a specific day.
• Leave: Submit leave requests to supervisors and check the status of leave approvals.
• Summary: Track personal achievements and stay on top of target completion.

Non-Customer Visit Reports

Employees can also submit non-customer visit reports for days when they were engaged in training, leave, or office-related activities instead of visiting customers.
