Requirements and Usage Guidelines

To utilize the Teledoktor-App, you must create a BARMER user account via your protected member area "My BARMER" at www.barmer.de/meine-barmer.

For legal reasons, users aged 16 and above can independently use the video consultation feature. For individuals under 16, parental or guardian presence is required during video consultations.
