Who Can Use the Online Service?

All insured individuals aged 16 and above can utilize the online service if they possess a health card and a smartphone with a current operating system (Android 9 or higher). Your smartphone must be secured with biometric features like fingerprint or face recognition.

Note: Due to the need for an identity check using an ID card, we have set an age limit of 16 years or older. However, younger insured individuals can still use the online service through their parents.
