If you are already registered in the online customer portal "Meine hkK," you can use your existing login credentials to access the service app. For first-time registrations, you can conveniently register directly through the app. However, due to strict data protection standards, the hkK service app does not support rooted devices.

To ensure the highest level of security during your first registration, we recommend using the self-identification app Nect. This allows you to register securely with your ID card or passport.
