IDEX is a powerful application designed to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in various environments. Specifically tailored for quality control in cleaning services, IDEX integrates seamlessly with The Cleaning System from Aps Data-know-how. This integration allows for efficient management and monitoring of cleaning operations.

The program extracts specific areas or rooms from The Cleaning System's Quality Control Module, which can be further enhanced with the Hygiene-/Infection Control Module for healthcare facilities. During inspections, users can walk through the premises and record all observations directly into the IDEX application. These observations are then synchronized electronically via FTP with The Cleaning System, ensuring real-time updates and accurate records.

IDEX offers three distinct methods for evaluating cleaning quality:

1. INSTA 800: This method focuses on visual inspection of cleaning quality based on the Nordic standard.
2. Hygiene-/Infection Control: This module targets critical risk points in healthcare settings, adhering to the DS 2451-10 Danish Standard.
3. User-defined Quality Requirements: Users can customize quality parameters according to their specific needs, providing flexibility for different types of cleaning businesses.

These methods can be utilized individually or combined, offering comprehensive coverage for various cleaning scenarios. After completing the inspections, all data is transferred back to The Cleaning System, where it is evaluated and compiled into detailed quality reports. Additionally, the system can be configured to provide immediate feedback on room status, allowing for prompt corrections if needed.
