Esmax Application Description

The Esmax application is designed specifically for fleet drivers to manage and register events efficiently. This comprehensive tool streamlines the process of recording various activities and incidents during a shift.

Main Screens

Trips

Drivers will have access to a list of trips assigned within their shift. Each trip allows them to record associated events consecutively. For example, drivers can log events like the start of loading, end of loading, start of the route, and arrival at the destination. By clicking on an event, the application automatically records the date and time stamp.

Shift

On this screen, drivers can review their shift information and record the start and end times of various events. These events include shift start, inspection, lunch breaks, rest periods, and more. Similar to the trips screen, clicking on an event logs the exact date and time.

Incidents

This section enables drivers to report any incidents that might occur during their shift. Incidents are categorized into predefined groups, such as delays or operational impacts. Drivers can easily document these incidents using the application's features.

Documents

Throughout the application, drivers can use the "Documents" button to activate the camera for capturing photographic evidence related to events. Alternatively, they can access previously taken photos to associate them with specific events.

Offline Mode

Esmax also supports offline functionality, making it ideal for use in rural or remote areas where network signals may be weak or unavailable. This ensures that drivers can continue to record essential data without connectivity issues.
