iDa is a cutting-edge, map-based social network designed to enhance real-world communication. Whether you're looking to explore new places, discover exciting events, or connect with like-minded individuals, iDa has got you covered.

How to Use the App

Map Navigation

Navigate through the app using the buttons at the bottom to search for Places, Events, and People. The Radar button, located at the bottom left, allows you to scan the area for existing objects. To create a Place or Event, simply long-tap on the map until a red marker appears, then tap it again. Make sure to toggle the "Visible to all" switch to ensure your creation is visible to all app users. This feature is perfect for public spaces like playgrounds but should be avoided for private locations such as homes. Additionally, you can use the Plus button at the bottom of the map to create Places, Events, and Movements.

Communities

Join communities based on various interests and stay connected with people in your area. You'll receive notifications about new interests in your vicinity. When you add a new interest, people nearby will be alerted as well, making it easier to find common ground.

Additional Features

Profile Management

Customize your profile by uploading an avatar, adding contacts, and creating groups. For each group and contact, you can enable location sharing, making it easy to keep track of everyone’s whereabouts.

Interaction and Notifications

Invite your contacts to Places, Events, and Movements, engage in conversations, and receive automatic check-in notifications. This ensures you never miss out on any exciting activities happening around you.

Privacy Considerations

Your location is shared with the Communities, Groups, and Users you choose. During a Movement, your location is shared with all participants, ensuring seamless coordination and communication among the group.
