CosPro XM - Staff Management System

CosPro XM is a comprehensive management system designed to streamline all internal operations related to staffing and shift management. With features ranging from shift scheduling and timesheets to invoicing, payroll, internal communication, and surveys, it serves as the central hub for all staffing requirements and shifts.

Onboarding Process

Upon downloading the application, you will go through an 8-step onboarding process to build your talent profile. Once completed, you can be assigned to shifts. When you apply for an upcoming shift and get accepted, you'll see all the necessary details and requirements needed to fulfill the task.

Shift Execution and Tracking

On the day of the shift, you can check in and out using our GPS-based Check In/Out functionality, which also allows you to track your breaks. You might be asked to complete a post-shift survey to provide feedback on the shift experience. This helps us gather valuable insights into the success of the shift and areas for improvement.

Automated Time Tracking and Payroll

After the shift is completed, your time is automatically tracked and sent to the invoicing system, ensuring seamless payroll processing without any manual intervention. If you have any questions or concerns about your upcoming shift, you can reach out to any team leader within the app. In-app communication is always available, and you’ll receive push notifications if you enable them.
