The app leverages geo-localization technology to help you locate your vehicle effortlessly. This feature not only assists in finding your car but also calculates the parking fees based on the duration and location. Users have reported that the new version addresses several issues identified in previous versions, ensuring a smoother and more reliable experience. In fact, the improvements were so well-received that over 400 beta testers validated the enhanced functionality.

One of the standout features of the new ePark app is its intuitive interface. Once you park your car, simply confirm your location within the app, and it will inform you about the parking fee for the specified duration. Ten minutes before the parking time expires, you receive a notification. If needed, you can extend the parking period directly from the app. Moreover, if you return to your car earlier than expected, the app automatically stops charging you after a minimum of 15 minutes.

The app supports multiple vehicle registrations, allowing you to manage parking for your own car, a friend’s vehicle, or even a family member's car. Registering your vehicles takes just a minute, and you can quickly validate your phone number via SMS to start using the service right away. You can even park once without having a balance initially.

To maintain your account balance, you can use the provided Multibanco reference codes, and additional payment methods will be introduced soon. The EMEL ePark app aims to simplify your parking experience, making it more convenient and cost-effective.
