To ensure optimal performance, make sure to point the IR blaster directly at the TV. The typical effective range is between 4-10 feet (1-3 meters), with a maximum distance of approximately 5 meters.

However, please note that the effectiveness of the IR blaster may vary under certain conditions. For instance, if your phone is in power-saving mode or has a nearly depleted battery, the IR blaster might not function optimally, or the range could be reduced to less than 5 feet (2 meters).
