开发StandUp的初衷
我是一个很没有主动性的人，工作的时候往往就是在办公桌上一坐就是一天，下班的时候腰酸腿痛又口渴，到了周末，也是电脑面前一坐很久，长期下来，颈椎受罪，肚子上的战略储备也越来越丰富。
于是想到了用技术改变生活，想都不用想，在AppStore上有很多喝水提醒、站立提醒的App。无一例外的，这些都带了太多我不需要的功能，是的，我想要的，只是一个能按时提醒我起来活动一下身体的App，不要有太多花哨的功能，不需要帮我记录我站立的次数和喝水次数，不要有弹出广告，只要每天安安静静的在后台呆着，每个小时提醒我起来活动一下就好。
于是就有了这款StandUp。

工作流：
