馬鞍山民康促進會(民康會）開發的旅遊語音導賞程式「E導沙田」，將傳統文化古蹟與現代資訊科技結合，市民可以透過手機應用程式作導賞，騎著單車漫遊沙田、馬鞍山，探索歷史文化風貌。還可以透過程式內的VR技術，重現昔日的地方面貌，讓市民從中認識沙田的歷史風貌和地方變遷。
此流動應用程式的特色包括：
1）超過50個沙田及馬鞍山的景點導覽
2）以VR技術重現7個昔日沙田的經典風貌
3）由Harry哥哥聲音導航輔以生動有趣的導賞解說
4）涵蓋沙田及馬鞍山單車徑路線的導航功能
5）與6個昔日經典的AR 3D模型互動
6）軌跡紀錄功能將旅程中的所見所聞分享至社交媒體與親友分享
