氣功八段錦是中國傳統的保健養生運動，強調固本培元，利用呼吸、肢體運動和意識來調整身體機能，強健體魄，適合任何年齡人士進行。八段錦總共有八個招式，動作簡單易學，重複練習對於身心健康有莫大裨益，其益處包括拉伸經筋、通經活絡、調和氣血等，更有效提高免疫力，促進新陳代謝。有見及此，我們特意透過電子平台讓更多人認識氣功八段錦。

5. 認知療法
6. 課程回顧及預防復發
