Meal Plan can be built for several people according to their daily calories limits (e.g. 1800 or 2000 kcal). If you set your weight goal, Leaf-Menu will calculate the date when you can achieve it. You can plan to become fit till summer, wedding or other important date, without stress, about 0.5-1 kg per week.

For those who want to eat more healthy food with more fruits and vegetables, there is a feature to turn on the balance of plant food. So the app will create a meal plan for you with the desired proportion of plant food during a day.

It is a common situation that we find a recipe on the internet, but there are no ingredients in the fridge, so we need to spend more time searching or to go to the shop for those ingredients. With Leaf-Menu you do not need to spend so much time, but just choose, like in your favorite cafe or restaurant, what you want to cook and eat just now, because our app creates your personal menu only from products that you already have in your kitchen.
